16 m² room in Groningen

Hey girls, we are Fleur (19) and Indy (22) and we live on the beautiful IJsselstraat, right by the main stadium. From January 1st a room will become available. It consists of two spaces totaling 16 m2. The base rent per month is €412. On top of that there will be an additional €165 per month as an advance for gas/water/electricity (you’ll get part of this back).
