15 m² room in Utrecht

Nice spacious clean room with balcony The house is furnished and has a balcony with a beautiful view. The house is close to shops, public transport, sports centers, etc. 15 minutes by bus to Utrecht University and the University of Applied Sciences. 5 minutes by bike to the station. 200 meters walk to shops and bus stops. I am looking for a quiet and neat student who does not turn the room into a party zone ;). I also live in the house myself.
