15 m² room in Utrecht

Hey everyone! I’m am looking for a sublet for *February*. I am travelling few weeks, dates are flexible: you can stay all months or few weeks. The house is big, located in the city center, in front of Florin/trainmore/library. It is a 140m2 house with terrace, two toilets, big rooms. You will share it with an Italian girl. Price is 950/month excl. (you will pay based on the days in). The price is negotiable if you stay less than a month. I am looking for someone *clean* and *responsable*.
