15 m² room in Leiden

Hi house-hunters! A room is becoming available in our lovely house on the singel. We, Tim (24) and Nienke (23), are looking for a third flatmate (m/f/x) for a room in the Peli with a view of the Oude Singel. The room itself is approx. 15 m² and will be about €450 per month, all-inclusive. It’s a DUWO house but there is no first-year/travel-time priority applicable.
