15 m² room in Leiden

Hiii house-hunters! A room is becoming available in our beautiful house on the Singel. We, Tim (24) and Nienke (23), are looking for a third housemate (m/f/x) for a room in the Peli with a view of the Oude Singel. The room itself is approx. 15 m² and will be about €450 per month, including utilities. It's a DUWO house but there is no first-year/travel-time priority.
