15 m² room in Groningen

Hey everyone, We (Maria,27; Maxi,25 and Robert, 23) are looking for a nice,friendly and open housemate subletting a room in our flat for the month of August The room in question is approximately 15 m2 and comes with furniture. Apart from that we have a cute garden. The bathroom and kitchen are shared but each room has its own sink. Rent is 480€ excluding utilities.
