15 m² room in Enschede

**Only Dutch speakers and 20+** Our house with a sunny garden is a 3-minute bike ride from Saxion, 5 minutes to the city center, and about fifteen minutes to the UT. The room in question is located on the upper floor and consists of two spaces connected by a staircase. In this close-knit house, there are four girls living together in total, of whom 2 are working and 1 is still studying.
