15 m² room in Enschede

We are Huize Maxi-Kosie, a house within crawling distance of the city. At the moment we live with 2 men and 2 women, but unfortunately Dennis will leave us next month. We all study at the University or at Saxion and are around 22 years old. Our house is about 5 minutes from Saxion and the train station, and 15 minutes by bike from the university, but the best thing is, of course, that you are less than a minute's walk from the Oude Markt.
