15 m² room in Eindhoven

House viewing on wednesday the 25th! We have an open room in our mixed student house in Tongelre (1 boy 3 girls). The room is €495 incl. g/w/e (~15m2). The room comes unfurnished but the furniture can be bought from the previous owner. We share the bathroom, kitchen and patio with the other housemates. This also includes appliances like washing machine, dryer, oven and dishwasher. The supermarket and busstop are in a 2 min walk from the house. And the Tu University and city centre in a 10 min bike ride. The room is available very soon....
