15 m² room in Boxtel

Hello, I have a large, furnished room available for a student in Boxtel, close to the train station. There are excellent transport links to universities in both Eindhoven and Tilburg. The room will be available from the end of November; official registration (municipal residency registration) is possible. The rent is 700 euros, including utilities. Please send me a private message for more details. It is a large house with a yard; I am looking exclusively for non-party-going individuals who value peace, quiet, and cleanliness.
