Hey house-hunter, I'm away from the end of March until October 1 and am looking for a subtenant (F/X). The spacious room is 15 m², located in the Spijkerkwartier so fairly central, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the city. Rent is €477 per month. You'll also be living with 6 super sweet housemates who are studying various subjects. There is a shared roof terrace, a shared kitchen, and on the floor you'll share the bathroom with 2 others.
