Lovely quiet newly built neighborhood, living practically above a supermarket, beauty salon, bakery, steakhouse, and evening shop, with bus and tram stops right outside. Within 20 minutes you are in Amsterdam city center by public transport. Spacious bright room with large windows. This is not a student house, so I want to keep it clean and quiet, which is why I actually prefer somewhat older tenants instead of tenants under 25 years old.
