Lovely quiet new-build neighborhood, practically living above a supermarket, beauty salon, bakery, steakhouse, and evening shop, with bus and tram stops right outside. Within 20 minutes you are in Amsterdam city center by public transport. Spacious bright room with large windows. This is not a student house, so I want to keep it clean and quiet, which is why I actually prefer somewhat older tenants rather than tenants under 25 years old.
