15 m² room in Groningen

Hi, I am renting out a room in my house for an indefinite period (minimum of 1 year) of time starting August 15. The rent is 1000 euro a month with utilities included (water, gas, electric, WiFi) with a deposit of 1000 euro. There is a water tax once a year that is around 350 euro. The room area is 22m and includes a private roof deck. It is partially furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair, small table and lamp. Bed not included.
