14 m² room in Rotterdam

We are looking for a new housemate for our house in Rotterdam (Delfshaven). The room that becomes available is approximately 14 m² and is available until August 1st. You will be living with 6 people in a very spacious house. The room is furnished, but can also be unfurnished if preferred. The rent is €655 excluding, €700 including gas, water, and electricity.
