14 m² room in Enschede

Hey, from the first of July my room in Gronau will be available. It's a 14m² unfurnished room, the rent is €370 p/m, and it's about 20 minutes from Enschede central station. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two housemates (1 man and 1 woman).
