14 m² room in Eindhoven

Huize Hobbit is hosting guests! We are a mixed house of 7, of which 2 men are leaving us, and therefore we are looking for new friendly male housemates! From about mid-April the first room will be available. This room is 14 m2, located on the ground floor, and you pay about €400 including utilities. The other room is on the first floor and is 6 m2.
