Nice room on the 1st floor, with a view of the street. There is a living room in the house, a front and back garden, and you are within walking distance of the center and supermarkets. There is a relaxed atmosphere in the house where everyone goes about their business, but we also sometimes eat together and go to parties. We are all students at Aeres. Rent is €385 per month excluding gas/water/electricity. We have internet. We preferably are looking for another student.
