13 m² room in Wageningen

Hello, I'm looking to sublet my room for 6 months, with flexibility between the start of August and the end of February. I live at Dijkgraaf, so the "Welcome to Campus" sign is literally in the garden, and there's a bus stop right in front of the door. The room is 13m², on the second floor, has a sink, and includes an electric standing desk. Rent is €550 per month, all inclusive (gas, water, electricity, internet, service costs).
