13 m² room in Groningen

We are looking for a new housemate (female) for an indefinite period starting mid-December (exact date to be determined). The room is about 13 m2 on the second floor at the front of the building. We share a bathroom, a kitchen (with an extra kitchenette on the second floor) and a south-facing balcony. The house is just behind the Noorderplantsoen on Tuinbouwstraat, a 5-minute bike ride from the city center and about 10 minutes by bike to Zernike.
