120 m² room in Enschede

House (120 m²) with a large furnished living room, kitchen, utility room, and green garden. The room is 16 m² and has a hatch as a door. It is unfurnished, but there is a bed and a table in the house if needed. There is currently one other young working person living here. The plan is to rent out a second room, so the house will then have three young people living in it.
