From mid-April (exact date negotiable) a 12 m² unfurnished fixed room with a built-in closet will become available in Van ‘t Hoffstraat for €480 per month including utilities. There is a nice kitchen and a large living room. We live about 3 minutes by bike from the university and 8 minutes by bike from the city center. You will be living with 2 nice female housemates.
