12 m² room in Utrecht

(Girl working students only) Hi everyone! We are looking for a new roommate in our apartment in the Laak area (15-minute walk to THUAS and HS), starting April 20. The room costs around €655 per month all-inclusive, with an expected rent increase from June of approx €45. The current contract runs until August 31, with the intention to extend. Registration is mandatory. I will be leaving behind my bed, desk and chair for €205 not negotiable (see from last picture). The apartment is new with a nice kitchen, shower room, separate toilet...
