12 m² room in Tilburg

Dear students looking for a room, we (2m/2f) are immediately looking for a new housemate to move into our lovely little palace K99. It's a 12-square-metre room on the first floor with a sink(!). We're looking for someone who is social, enjoys a drink, likes playing games and regularly eats with us, but who of course also wants to do their own thing.
