12 m² room in The Hague

STUDENTS ONLY! The room is located on Soestdijksekade in The Hague, really close to Zuiderpark and not far from the city center. The area is super convenient – trams, buses, and shops are all nearby. So just to explain the situation clearly: I’m looking for someone to take over my room, but I can’t terminate my contract early.
