12 m² room in The Hague

Hi room-seekers! A room of about 12 m² will become available in our place in Delft; rent is €580 excluding utilities. The room is available from 18 February (by arrangement possibly already around 10 February). The house is really ideally located, a 1-minute walk from Delft station.
