12 m² room in Rotterdam

We are Rick (25) & Dennis (24) and we are looking for a new housemate. The room that is available is 690 including utilities and registration is not possible. Our house is a 10-minute walk from Noord station, and from there you can easily take the train/tram to get to the city center. We have a large living room and a nice kitchen, and as the cherry on top, a large roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun in summer. Will you be our new housemate??
