12 m² room in Rotterdam

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a new roommate as of the 1st of February as my current one is moving out. Place is located in beautiful Kralingen, Rotterdam just next to the Gerdesiaweg metro and rent cost would be 850€ all included + one time rent refundable deposit. Registration is ofcourse possible. I’m looking for a girl, Dutch or international in her late twenty’s / early thirties and preferably working. I'm open to online or in-person viewings.
