I'm renting one room in the attic from 1.12.2025. The whole house is available for use (living room, kitchen, bathrooms, garden). The house is a 5-minute walk from the train station Schoolevar in Capelle aan den IJssel. Shopping center De PicassoPassage - Winkelcentrum is a 7-minute walk. Quite an area, suitable for walking as well as sports activities. The price is 900 euros for one room only, and everything is included (taxes, garbage, electricity, heating, internet). Registration is possible.
