12 m² room in Nijmegen

Hi room-seekers!! (20+) A room becomes available in our cozy house on Koninginnelaan from December 22 (or earlier by arrangement). It's about a 5-minute walk to the station and the RU/HAN are about a 15-minute bike ride away. The room is approx. 12 m² and costs €437 per month including gas/water/electricity. There is also a mandatory takeover of the loft bed. With you there will be three of us living together and we share the kitchen, the bathroom and our beautiful back garden!
