12 m² room in Maastricht

Dear room-seeking Maastricht resident, As of January 1, 2026, a room becomes available for an indefinite period in our cozy house on Minister Talmastraat. You would live with four male housemates (ages 23–27) who are either working or finishing a master’s degree. Therefore we are looking for someone who is in the final phase of their studies or who has recently started working. The room itself is 12 m² and costs €450 per month including gas/water/electricity.
