12 m² room in Leiden

Hi people! We are looking for a new housemate for our house on the Herengracht in Leiden :) We’re a house of 7 girls in total, we don’t have a common room but we do like to still get together and enjoy dinners and activities! The room is around 12 square meters, the price is €425 (+ €10 per month for WiFi and laundry), it’s a 1 year contract (with possibility to leave before if needed), and only girls that are not already registered in Leiden can apply (landlord rule!)
