12 m² room in Leiden

[Only Dutch-speaking] We are looking for a new housemate (M/F). We live with six people, but unfortunately someone is going to leave. The room is approximately 12 m2 and costs €360 (incl.) per month. We have 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, all of which are cleaned twice a week by cleaners. The building also has a roof terrace, washing machines/dryers and bicycle storage.
