12 m² room in Leiden

Dear prospective housemate (m), House "De 6e Hemel" is looking for a new housemate from January 6 (NO first-year/travel-time priority). The room is about 12 m2 and will cost around €570, from which an estimated €221 housing allowance will be deducted. We live in a mixed-gender house with 18 housemates (tent/aug/Q).
