12 m² room in Groningen

Room in Groningen city centre available to rent. The house is 2 minutes from Grote Markt and Vismarkt walking. It is shared with 2 other people and the rent is 570 euro all inclusive. On top of the 570 you will need to pay the deposit to me of 550 and furniture which is 350 (the house came unfurnished). The flatmates are international and everybody is super nice. Below i have attached photos the move in date will be September 1st so would be great if we could do viewings this week or the next. Thanks!
