12 m² room in Groningen

Room from June to December Hello! I am looking for someone to sub-rent my room (and hopefully to take care of my plants ) from June to December! It is a 12m2 room in a house in Paddepoel. This area is right in between Zernik campus and the city center, and next to the Noordenplasoen park. The house has 7 rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a nice outside area (so is plenty of space for everyone). The rent is 575€ with all expenses included (expt. Wifi +11,80€).
