12 m² room in Groningen

Hello! I am subletting my room for the months of June and July until mid-August (can be discussed). I am looking for someone clean and responsible to take over my fully furnished room/apartment during this period. It’s shared (kitchen + shower + toilet + washing machine + dryer) with 1 other person. Rent is €950 (wifi, electricity, washing utilities, heating, water included). No registration possible.
