12 m² room in Groningen

Hello everyone, Huize Kerst is looking for a new housemate (20+, NL) starting from June 1st. It is a room of 12.5 m2 close to the UMCG, about 5 minutes to the city center. It is within walking distance of a Lidl and Action. The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and a Christmas tree that needs water weekly. We live here with two students.
