12 m² room in Enschede

We are a mixed (nationality, study, and interest wise) house of two people looking for a new roommate from October 1st! The apartment is located a 10 min bike ride from both UT and Saxion. Two supermarkets are just a 3 min walk away, and there are nice green areas nearby for a quick evening reset :) The room is cozy and has two windows, and we also have a comfy living room.
