12 m² room in Enschede

Hi We ‚ve one room available in a shared flat with 2 other students ( girls) let me know for more information.The house is in Germany close to the trainstation right next to a park. To get to Enschede it’s a 10 minutes train ride Saxion is directly in opposite to the station (which is quite nice in the cold weather conditions), but it’s a lot cheaper to live here, as the price includes all amenities and the groceries here are cheaper too:).The contract is long-term, so we look for someone staying at least a year.
