The room is approximately 15 m2 on the second floor facing the street. The kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are shared with 2 housemates. There is also a washing machine. There is a rooftop terrace and a backyard with, among other things, a place to park your bike. From the house, it is a 2/3 minute bike ride to the city center and Saxion, and 15 minutes by bike to the UT. Furthermore, there are two supermarkets within walking distance. Not only students but also working people lived in the house.
