12 m² room in Enschede

This room is available in an apartment at Stationsplein 10, Hengelo. It is in the city center near Albert Heijn and Lidl and opposite the central train and bus station. It is 15 minutes by bike to the University of Twente. Registration is possible. It's a three-person apartment: my friend and I are studying Computer Science at the University of Twente, and we are looking for another student to join us. We will all share the kitchen, bathroom and the spacious living room. The rent is 450 euros including bills and the deposit is 600 euros.
