12 m² room in Eindhoven

Room sublet – heart of Eindhoven From 1 February to 31 May I am subletting my room on Tramstraat, right in the center of Eindhoven. The room is 12 m², but the apartment is 100 m² in total and has a large roof terrace. The rent is €700 per month, bills included. The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, etc.), so you can move in right away. You will be living with my male housemate (26 years old) during these four months.
