12 m² room in Amsterdam

Hi All! My roommate is subletting her room in our apartment in NDSM from August 5th for 6-12 months (end date can be flexible depending on what works for you). The apartment is 75 m² with a view on the Ij and a quick 2‑minute walk from the NDSM ferry. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with a shared living room, kitchen and balcony, we also have a dishwasher and washing machine. The rent is € 1150 per month including service costs and registration is not possible. If you’re interested, let me know :))
