12 m² room in Amsterdam

Hello All, I’m subletting my beautiful room in Amsterdam-Oost right across the Brouwerij ‘t IJ for SHORT TERM between 5 May-26 May and 22 June- 1 August. Rent is 800 euro for 3 weeks bills included and 1300 euro for 5 weeks bills included. NO COUPLES, the room is only suitable for 1 person. 10 minutes walk to Muiderport train station, and no 7 tram and bus 22 to central station go right across my house. Registration is not possible.
