12 m² room in Amsterdam

Hello! As I am permanently leaving my room in Biljmeer, I am urgently looking for someone to take over from me by April 1st. Here's some info: - registration is possible - indefinite contract - ideally we're looking for someone who smokes (smoking is allowed in the common areas), aged between 23 and 27 - you would be living with 3 lovely girls - girls only (sorry!) - located next to the Biljmeer metro station - contract starts April 1st - rent is €750 excl.
