Room for rent for a male tenant, available from April–May. No weed smoking or loud people; I prefer a hard worker. Initially for 3 months as a trial to see if it works. It's a beautiful luxury apartment between Adam Tower and NDSM on the IJ, 1 minute from the ferry. Couldn't have a better place to stay. Price €1300, all-inclusive. People who do not want to register are also possible.
