12 m² room in Amsterdam

I’m moving out of Amsterdam and so my room is available starting on the 18th. The apartment is super well insulated, so we barely turn it on. Registration is possible. You’d be sharing the apt with another roommate who is very chill and nice. The room costs 1100 with expenses included. You’d need to the first month to pay and one month for the deposit (a total of 2200).
