12 m² room in Amsterdam

For January and February we are looking for a temporary roommate in our house on Pieter Langendijkstraat, off Overtoom (2 minutes from Vondelpark). The cost is €750 per month, including everything. The house has a spacious living room with a kitchen and a sunny balcony, a bathroom with a toilet and an extra toilet upstairs. The room is around 12 m².
