12 m² room in Amsterdam

Hey hey, I'm moving to a new house in December and my roommate, who is responsible for renting out the room, hasn't found anyone yet. The house is a 1-minute walk from Vondelpark and about 10 minutes on foot from Museumplein. If the person moving in doesn't have furniture, I can sell mine (fewer things to move to the new place haha). The rent I pay now is around 1150, but the landlord will raise it in January (only slightly, from what I've heard). Send me a message if you need anything — the move-in date is already December 1st.
